Perdell Richardson
Producer/Director
Perdell Richardson began his directing career at the young age of fifteen. He is a graduate of the prestigious Columbia College Chicago. After attaining his degree, Perdell moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue his film career. Perdell directed the film "Fatal Reaction", for which he won the Director's Choice Award at the DV/HD Film Festival in Hollywood. While in Los Angeles Perdell was hired as the "Director of Media" for a company called Encounter Culture. As the Director of Media he had the pleasure of travelling all over the US to shoot commercials, short films and comedy sketches. After his work with Encounter Culture, Perdell produced and directed his first feature film entitled, "THE SCAM". Perdell is currently working on his next feature film.
Ryan Priest is a screewnwriter and novelist. His stories have appeared
around the world in different magazines and his debut novel "The Way of
Open Hands" is available from Wild Child Publishing.
Ella Thomas
Executive Producer
Ella Thomas is a successful film and television actress who has appeared across Bruce Willis in the Touchstone thriller "Surrogates" as well as guest starred on hit shows such as "Castle", "CSI Miami", 'How I Met Your Mother" and "Entourage". Currently she is shooting the recurring role of "Jada Khaled" on the CBS' series "NCIS Los Angeles".
Inspired by the process, she recently began seeking out projects to foster from script development to financing.
The Scam marks Ella Thomas' second collaboration with Perdell Richardson; having previously worked together on the New Orleans based film "Napoleonic".
In addition she is a writer and also serves as editor-at-large for UNleashed Magazine.
